Unable to connect to LMS

My Squeezebox Duet has been working flawlessly for a few years now but last week my wireless router died on me and I've replaced it with a Sitecom X6 N900. Now, although I can connect to my new router I am unable to connect further to LSM running on my PC (connected by cable to the router).

In Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Wireless Info I have a 100% signal and Server Info I see:

mysqueezebox.com (2 IPs)
Ping - OK
TCP port 3483 - OK
TCP port 9000 - OK
mysqueezebox.com registration - Registered
Logitech Media Server - Not connected
Library name - Not connected
Ping - Not connected
TCP port 3483 - Not connected
TCP port 9000 - Not connected

Anybody got any clues?
