Unable to connect my players to my library.... frustrating

I recently updated my antivirus subscription that ran out a long time ago the new webroot spysweeper antivirus whatever. Now when I use my duet or ipeng to access either one of my duet receivers, my players will not run when i click the ip address under music source. It will work when I click mysqueezebox.com. I am a computer dummy and I am sure it is an easy fix, but I can't get this thing to recognize my library no matter what I do! Any help would be appreciated!!
