Where did the playlist option go??

So, I noticed the other day that the ability to see playlists or make playlists on my duet (on the remote, through the web browser and on my android app) no longer show up. I can only save a song to favorites, but not to a playlist. It's like that option is completely gone now! I have no idea what changed. Has anyone experienced this?

I should mention, if I click the save button under a current playlist on the web browser, it shows "home> empty."
