Looking for advice.
I've seen an ipad used with the Squeezebox controller app (free download from itunes) and was impressed. I'm interested in getting a small android tablet (such as the Google Android 7in) for use as a controller with my various Duet receivers. I'd like to know of any experience with this sort of setup i.e which of the many android aps are the best for this purpose. Possible advantage apart from the bigger screen is perhaps a longer battery life compared to the Logitech controller.
Currently I use Squeezebox server on a Synology NAS with a Squeezebox receiver and a Squeezebox radio connected by LAN over a powerline network - I had connectivity problems when relying on WiFi for streaming.
Thanks
